10/10This place is amazing; we honestly felt that we had our own little slice of paradise for a couple of days. The little house, privately situated on the edge of a beautiful estate with a couple of grand villas, is not modern, but it has everything two people could possibly need (except, let's say, maybe a dishwasher, haha). But then again, the biggest selling point isn't the house itself; it's the large veranda, from where you can indulge in the amazing views. It's really hard to top that. Check-in and check-out were smooth and flexible, thanks to good and swift communications with Palmi. We would 100% recommend this place, and hope to revisit sometime!

10/10Amazing location and views, helpful, welcoming and attentive host. A peaceful place to kick back and relax in a rustic cottage, set in the mountains near a beautiful village with a few restaurants, shops and a bar. Facilities were generally good however, there were a few minor areas that could use some TLC, but certainly no major issues at all. Thanks for a great trip!
10/10We loved staying in this wonderfull place. A very practical house with great window views. You might see this as the very popular tiny house living where nature and surroundings are the most important. The sundeck is just amazing. We saw thunderstorms over de mountains, we saw a rainbow filling the whole valley. The jacuzzi is super nice and is so big it serves as a private swimming pool. There are other residences on this property but the house is super private and we had no noise or anything from the other houses. The owner was super nice and welcomed us. We are happy he shares this amazing place. We would totally recommend staying here!
10/10My wife and I spend 4 nights at this lovely place. It is certainly placed at the most beautiful sight over the mountains, and the terrace amazing for sunbathing, enjoying the pool or just hang or eat. The nearby village lack a decent place to shop, but it is really nice to walk around, and the restaurant we tried was great and very authentic. We do highly recommend this place, if you are a couple who wants a lovely get-away in great surroundings. The only thing that we could pass on to other future visitors, is that the place is never COMPLETELY silent as there are several pool systems running 24/7 from neighbours - audible at night from the bedroom too (at least when you have to leave the windows open due to the heat). This is probably not a big thing for most people though.
10/10A perfect getaway for 5 days. Views were even better than the pictures. Villa Olivia offered us time to unwind yet also explore Tuscany. We really enjoyed exploring around the local town which was only a 10 minute walk away from the villa. The villa itself was charming and very clean. Comfy bed, good WiFi and not to mention again incredible views.
